Read them or don't. They apply either way.
As-is
This service is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It can break, lose everything, or disappear at any moment. My liability to you is limited to nothing, which is also roughly what you paid.
Acceptable use
Nothing illegal. No malware, no spam, no harassment, and absolutely no child sexual abuse material. Rooms that break these rules get killed.
Files you upload follow the same rules as messages: nothing illegal, no malware. Break them and the room dies too.
My room, my rules
I can close any room or block anyone at any time, for any reason, without telling you.
Rooms are ephemeral
Every room expires or gets closed, and then it's gone. Nothing is backed up. Don't keep anything here you'd be sad to lose.
Data
Cloudflare keeps its usual request analytics for the service. Message content lives only inside the room until it expires or is closed, then it's deleted. Message content is never logged.
Age
You must be old enough to agree to terms like these where you live. If you aren't, you can't use this.
Changes
I can change these terms whenever I feel like it.
